About the conference....

It is said that Agile is no longer enough. AI is disrupting the ways we work, and increasingly distracted customers are purchasing products and services in a global marketplace where even traditional players are losing their footing.

Book your place for the sixth annual conference on organisational agility, leadership, product management and innovation.

Business faces a burning question: What should we innovate to succeed in the 21st century? Organizational models, products, people, or something else—or perhaps everything at once? What approaches should we adopt in a world where change frameworks and guides are losing their effectiveness, and everything becomes outdated at the speed of light? Is customer experience more a consequence or a trigger for change?

This year’s inAgile conference will, for the first time in its history, confront the perspectives of key business disciplines—organizational change and product development. We have prepared two separate tracks that will naturally intertwine to highlight the inseparability of both perspectives.

Most importantly, we have organized a unique gathering in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, bringing together organizational roles that need to collaborate more closely to kickstart innovation—management, HR, product, Agile/change facilitators, and CX.

What I really liked about the conference is that you can meet the agile community and spend 2 days in the company of people you get along with. I liked the venue very much, it was nice, the refreshments were great and classy and the whole organization was perfectly managed. From the lectures I was interested in the topic of fast agile which I studied quite a bit more about after the conference, I was also interested in Haier and their organization of the company. I also liked the fact that you invited Zuzka Šochová and thus brought together the agile community in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

I was called there as a speaker, even though I had never heard anything about Agile. But that quickly changed, the first morning I quickly found out what it was all about. And it wasn't that boring. Participants action-packed and in a good mood. And the formats kept changing - lectures - workshops - panels. So there was no LinkedIn feed scrolling. There was a large enough venue that it wasn't hot. I even ate the bare minimum of Magnerot. For me, all good.

The inAgile conference is the perfect place to meet people who live agility, are interested in new trends and directions and like to try new things. For me, InAgile 2024 was the second edition I attended in person and I am glad I was there again. Why? Even though the approach of the organizers is very professional, the overall atmosphere and mood throughout the conference struck me as informal and relaxed.
