ANNOTATION
Does Happiness Have a Place in Business?
What if we set aside roadmaps, sprints, and backlogs for a moment and focused on the real engine of successful teams? Happiness.
Not fleeting, hedonistic happiness, but deep, lasting joy—the kind that comes from meaningful work, aligned values, and an environment where people truly want to collaborate. A space where the outcome is not just a “completed task” but real value recognized by both the team and customers.
What Can You Expect from the Workshop?
We won’t get lost in theories. Instead, through a hands-on exercise inspired by real workplace situations, we will explore what truly fosters happiness and efficiency in a team.
- Understanding Team Priorities: Discover how differences in personal value priorities influence behavior, collaboration, and team dynamics.
- Aligning Values: Experience how to create a “common ground” between individual priorities, team goals, and customer values—leading to more meaningful work and direct impact.
- Turning Conflict into Opportunity: Identify the root causes of conflicts through the lens of values, depersonalizing issues and creating space for greater trust, respect, and constructive teamwork.
- Practical Implementation in Daily Work: Together, we will define principles and tools that help teams align values whenever needed.
Join us and experience how aligning value priorities can contribute to long-term employee happiness while delivering outcomes that customers truly appreciate.
